Will my account number be visible?
No. The e-mail message subject will be titled "STATEMENT DELIVERY" and the filename for the attachment will be a combination of the date and several random numbers.
Will I need a password to open the message?
No. The message itself is not password protected. Only the attachment, which contains the statement in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, requires a password.
Does my password have to be the same as any of my other passwords?
No. The password that you use for your eStatement attachment is independent of your other passwords.
What are the password requirements?
The password must be 8-10 characters long, and must contain alpha and numeric characters.
Does the password expire?
No. The password does not expire automatically, however you can request that it be changed at any time.
When will my eStatement be delivered?
Statement delivery is an automated process, and will normally occur after 11:00pm on the next business date after the scheduled account cycle date.
Will my statement format change?
The only change made to the current format will be to the number of images per page. eStatements will be delivered with 18 images per page and can be enlarged for viewing using the zoom feature in Adobe Acrobat.
Can I have my statement delivered to more than one email address?
Yes. eStatements can be delivered to as many as 3 email addresses per account.
Can I use a different password for each delivery address?
What if the statement cannot be delivered?
This may happen from time to time because of incorrect email addresses, full mail boxes, etc. In these instances, you will be notified and, when the problem is corrected, another statement will be sent manually.
Who do I contact to address problems?
If you are having trouble with your password, did not receive your statement, or if you are experiencing any other type of problem, you can contact your nearest NBC Bank location, however, the easiest and fastest way to contact us is by using our secure contact form.
How does the enrollment process work?
The process will be initiated when we receive the signed and completed enrollment form. This form is available at any NBC Bank location, and on this site. Once the form is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the primary email address on the form. When we receive a reply to the confirmation e-mail, the account will be set up to receive eStatements and future printed statements will be discontinued. The process cannot be completed until we have both the signed enrollment form and the acknowledgement reply.
